The New Girl In My Life

So i've been talking to this girl for about 3 weeks now, and on friday we went on our first date. So before this we would hang out and just chill and in that time i started to feel a connection so when we decided to go on a real date i started to form a plan. So that whole week before our date i keep dropping clues about some thing  that i needed  to ask her. Finally friday came and after i got out of class i went home to get ready and what felt like minutes after i got home a message came to my phone that read “close your blinds i'm here” then another that read” i am at the door “ so i opened the door to see her in what i thought  to be a beautiful burgundy dress. Before i could think the words “damn babe” fell from my mouth. I rushed to put on my cloths and we left. We finally get to olive garden and i am still thinking about how am i going to ask her. But they show us to our table and left us alone. We sat and talked for a while but i keep finding myself staring off. And i guess she noticed to because she asked “ babe what's on your mind” i replied with nothing i'm fine and we went back to talking we got our food and eat and talked more.

Meanwhile the question still ran through my head of how i was going to ask her. But then it hit me and that's when i asked for some crayons. She looked confused and questioned me about why i needed crayons, i replied with” it will all make sense soon”. So i took up the napkin that i had and said “let's play a game”.i drew up a hangman set and i told her to guess. One by one she started to guess what i was trying to say until she said “ wait are you asking me out” i filled in the rest of the riddle and her face lite up and she said yes. So now here i am dating this really cool girl and i'm excited to see how it turns out.
